Consultant

Job Description

Support foreign multinational companies to implement Employee Benefits insurance programs.

  • Provide support to a Japanese entity of the foreign multinationals in the implementation and management of Employee Benefits programs
  • Provide a series of administration such as group insurance arrangement, enrollment, cancellations, and insurance claim procedures for life and non-life insurance programs
  • Providing information to the headquarter HR of the clients or to the overseas partner insurance brokers
  • Contract management, renewal management, and client employee data management
  • Contracted work related to HR and general affairs for a startup of Japanese subsidiary

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ability to read and write business level English and some familiarity with English culture
  • English Proficiency Test Level 1 or above, or TOEIC score of 650 or above is desirable
  • For non-Japanese nationals, N2 or above

Experiences that can be applied

  • 1.Insurance administration experience
  • 2.Experience working for a foreign company
  • 3.Experience in human resources and general affairs, including payroll calculation
  • 4.Corporate pension administration experience

Job Description

Support for implementation of Employee Benefits insurance for foreign multinational companies

  • Support for the implementation and management of Employee Benefits programs for Japanese entity of the foreign multinationals
  • Group policy management for life and non-life insurance, enrollment, cancellations, insurance claim procedures, and other related tasks
  • Providing information to overseas headquarter HR and/or to overseas insurance brokers with whom we partner
  • Contract management, renewal management, and client employee data management
  • Contracted work related to HR and general affairs for a newly established Japanese subsidiary

Qualifications and experience

  • English Proficiency Test Level 1 or above or TOEIC score 800 or above with the ability to negotiate in business English
  • For non-Japanese nationals, N2 or above

Experience that can be applied

  • 1.Administrative work at an insurance agency
  • 2.Experience in HR, general affairs, etc. at a foreign company
